Lake It Easy
With room to sleep 10 comfortably, the home includes a primary suite with a king-sized bed and lake views, a second bedroom with another king bed, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds—perfect for families or groups.
Step outside to enjoy resort-style amenities with a spacious pool area, hot tub, and plenty of room for outdoor relaxation and lounging. The property also includes a private docking platform ideal for pontoons, and a public boat launch just minutes away, making it easy to enjoy all that Lake Norman has to offer. Inside, the converted garage game room features a custom Lake Norman mural and provides a fun space for guests of all ages to make memories.
Located in the heart of Mooresville, you're just a short drive from local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you're boating, relaxing poolside, or enjoying a quiet evening by the lake, this retreat offers the ideal setting to make lasting memories. Please note- pool is only heated from April-September. Hot tub is available year-round!
(2) Primary tenant must be 25 years of age will be required to provide a copy of their driver’s license to complete the reservation .
(3) The Administration Fee included with your reservation through AirBnB provides property damage protection for your visit. This fee is required and is in addition to, if applicable, any security deposit that has also been captured.
(4) This is a NON SMOKING unit.
(5) House parties, subletting, wedding parties and receptions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction of the Tenant and all occupants. Parties are cause for immediate expulsion and forfeiture of any payments. No refunds will be given.
(6) The following is a clarification of our cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellations at least sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund less Administration Fee; initial reservation payment will be refunded within thirty (30) days of written cancellation notice. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeit of the initial reservation fee payment unless a new reservation is secured with another Tenant - less Administration Fee. Cancellation within thirty (30) days of the agreed to arrival date or early departure do not warrant any refund unless a new reservation is secured with another Tenant in which case a full or partial refund may occur less Administration Fee.
(7) Daily Maid Services is not provided. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
(8) Insurance: Tenant acknowledges that Owner’s insurance does not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, war, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall Landlord be held liable for such losses. Tenant is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.
(9) Water Danger: Tenant acknowledges that this home is situated directly on a lake. This large body of water has many inherent dangers associated with it. Tenant acknowledges that Agent and owner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries arising from use of the lake.
(10) If due to circumstances beyond Real Estate Agency’s control, the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable, a refund shall be given to the Tenant of all payments made by the Tenant. Real Estate Agency will not be liable for any damages of any sort incurred by Tenant as a result of such cancellation.
(11) No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, weather related travel delays, Internet outage, Cable/Satellite TV outage or construction at adjacent properties.

This place is such a great find! The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups and entire outdoor set up is incredible. We spent most of our days outside, enjoying the lake view, lounging by the pool and in the hot tub. The spot is fairly secluded from neighbors (and far back from the road) making it nice and quiet. It’s a bit a drive (but < 10 minutes) to the closest stores, including grocery and restaurants but that wasn’t a problem if you plan in advance. We had a great stay at this Lake Norman property. The home is beautiful, very clean, and set on a really nice piece of property. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable visit overall.

Hands down the best VRBO I have ever rented! Great spaces to enjoy and spread out. Comfortable beds, fun game room, great pool, fire pit and even a TV on the patio for watching football. My friends and I have been coming to Lake Norman for the last 8 years and this exceeded all of our expectations!! The pool was an amazing amenity which we enjoyed and the fire pit was enjoyed by most of our group. The game room was also amazing, with air hockey, the hook game, and Pac Man.
